There really is no shortage of fitness information out there. It’s everywhere. If there’s anything I’ve realized working as a personal trainer is there’s a huge demand too. The bright side is there’s tons of great information out there if you know where to look. So I put this place here to give you the good stuff.
The short story on how I got here:
I’ve been interested in this fitness stuff since I was a kid. In and out of gyms since 14 years old, my weight yo-yo’d up and down since high school from a low of 170 to a high of 235. A varied and often wreckless athletic career and no action to keep my body healthy left me with chronic aches, stiffness and an inability to walk for more than 20 minutes without pain in my hip.
So I started looking for answers. Fortunately enough, I found the right people and began investing in acquiring the best knowledge I could find. Within a few years I started training clients.
Every year since 26 I’ve felt younger, lighter and stronger with more energy. I put this place here to share actionable information you can use to do the same.
Feel free to email questions or suggestions and I’ll reply within 24 hours.
